Do you live within the boundaries of  the Parish?

This will be important for the administering of certain Sacraments (eg Baptism) and for determining the Catholic School your children might attend.

The Archdiocesan website provides an easy facility for you to check which Parish you live in simply by entering your Post Code, however the formation of our new Parish has brought a complication, in that the Archdiocesan website does not yet reflect the new Parish boundaries...... our new parish  essentially amalgamated the two previously separate Parishes with "territory" being exchanged with the parish of St Mary's Leyland to create a contiguous geography for our new Parish, but see below!!

If your post code search identifies your Parish as St Catherine's and you live to the west of the West Coast main line then you are now in the Parish of St Mary's, Leyland. If you live in any other area of the "old" St Catherine's you are now in the Parish of St Mary and St Catherine Labouré.

 

If your post code search identifies your Parish as St Mary's, Leyland and you live in Buckshaw Village you are now in the Parish of St Mary and St Catherine Labouré. 

 

If your post code search identifies your Parish as St Mary's, Euxton you are now in the Parish of St Mary and St Catherine Labouré.
